Log into your client portal using your Booking ID and Last Name of the person who booked. You can find these details in your confirmation email.

You'll be able to see your booking details, make payments or view event information, just enter your Booking ID and the Last Name of the person who made the booking.

How much space is needed to set up the 360 booths?

All 360 packages require a Minimum 12x12 flat surface to set up.

Do i have to pay a deposit?

Yes. all of our services are first come first serve. we require a $150 deposit
at the time of booking.

Do you provide on-site support during the event?

Yes. All 360 photo booth packages include professional attendant(s). Our team will be on site throughout the event to ensure flawless operation and handle any issues that may arise.
(attendant(s) are not standard with our digital photo booth packages but can be booked as an upgrade /$50 per hr)

Am i going to fall off while it spins?

No. The 360 booth platform that you stand on is stationary, it does not spin.

How long does setup take?

Our team typically requires about an hour for setup and testing. We will coordinate with you in advance to ensure everything is set up at the right time for your event.
